Credits
How prepaid Tokener.ai credits are topped up, spent, and enforced.
Credits are a USD-denominated balance used at public catalog prices. The console separates paid balance from promotional balance and also shows their combined available total.
Top up
From the console Billing flow, choose an amount and pay. After payment confirmation is processed, the credits appear in your paid balance. Welcome credit and other grants appear in your promotional balance. Only the organization owner can start a top-up.
Spend
Each successful model request draws credits based on token usage and the model’s public price. Promotional balance is consumed before paid balance.
Enforcement
When the combined available balance is exhausted, new requests are rejected until you top up or receive another grant.
